Just okay...

We've had this zapper up for some tme now, but really haven't noticed much of a difference in number of insects. In fact last week we moved it to a more open area, and the number of zaps have slightly increased - but not too much. We really didn't want to move it to it's new location as it's now closer to the house. My dad lived in this house before us, and he always had his zapper going round the clock too. His kept zapping away... our zaps are much more infrequent. (I guess I have zap envy! LOL!) Also, despite the mosquito lure, it hasn't seemed to reduce no. of mosquito bites I get while sitting out on the patio in the evenings - PLUS, I rarely noticed mosquitos at all when my dad had this house!! He taught us all the outdoor proects/procedures he undertook every spring, summer, and fall for maintenance of the lawn, trees, shrubs, etc., etc.; and as it worked so well for him we are following the list to the letter.
