If one is willing to spend $50 a year to replace bulbs, lures and then the unit itself, it's fine. Even used it on Halloween with sheets hung from branches near it which glowed eerily from the light. Bugs zapped to death is perhaps a little disturbing on a peaceful dinner on the deck, but also somehow satisfying. But eventually it just stopped working, no explanation. Read more
